918 Interiors design team is utilizing a unique combination of in-person design time along with an online cloud-based platform to share resources and collaborate with clients on selecting their finishes and fixtures. Using these tools, it eliminates the stress and pressure of making multiple decisions in a single setting. This allows clients the freedom to consider our initial selections, research alternatives, and confidently select fixtures and finishes in a relaxed setting.
In this streamlined process, a client can choose exclusively from our selections and be confident that the finished home will be attractive and functional. If the initial selections don’t fit your needs, we offer numerous additional options. Thanks to our simplified process, most of our clients make nearly all of the decisions about their home before construction begins. Our thoughtful selections give our clients peace-of-mind about the look and feel of their finished home.
Our offerings include a number of different finishes and fixtures for various budget levels. Options are designated as standard or upgrade. Clients who stick closely to our standard offerings realize the greatest value.
